Key Account Manager - Remote

We are looking for Account Managers to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities :

  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Work with teams to improve the entire customer experience
  • Work with all levels of people in an organization to reach desired customer service and revenues.
  • Clearly communicate cases and work with them to close them
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Ability to onboard and provide on-going training to key customers
  • Must be able to define and maintain customer pipeline and work on a daily basis sales funnel and meet monthly account sales revenue targets.
  • Become a mentor to customers by building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers

Requirements :

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant supervisory role
  • Strong sales knowledge
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
  • Organizational skills and reliability
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Medical sales background is a plus, but not required
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) is a plus
  • Time zone 9AM MST - 6PM MST
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills

Compensation will depend on experience. References will be required.
