SUMMARY OF POSITION

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Selling to potential local (Canada) and international customers
  • Warm calls and consultations to get to know the customers and their needs in order to provide appropriate solutions (phone and Zoom)
  • Possessing in-depth product knowledge to deliver sales presentations to costumers during consultations
  • Interacting with 10-12 customers daily via videoconference
  • Meeting our weekly and monthly sales targets, reporting these numbers to the managers and developing strategies for future sales
  • Tracking all sales activities in company CRM system (SalesForce), updating information regularly
  • Invoicing customers using the company POS system
  • Booking appointments for customers (Calendly, Outlook Calendar, among other platforms used extensively)
  • Other Administrative tasks

REQUIREMENTS - Proficient level of English and French (Must) - Located in Latin America (Must) - Customer Service and Sales experience (required)

  • Full-time availability Monday through Friday

  • University bachelor's degree education (ideal minimum)

  • Paypal account (required)

  • Technical requirements:

  • Internet Speed: at least 6 MPS upload and 10 MPS Download

  • Camera: at least 480 MP, preferrably 720 minimum.

  • 8Gb RAM

  • Experience hosting meetings on Zoom and/or MS Teams, google meet.

Company shall provide training for product knowledge acquisition and more prior to starting.

Salary : Fixed CAD salary per month ( $850 CAD ), plus up to 3.5% UNCAPPED commissions on all his/her sales (hundreds of potential client inquiries per month to convert to sales; substantial cash collection achievable due to premium product.)

Working hours : 40 per week

Independent contractor position (healthcare system, vacation time, pension plan, are SOLE responsibility of the contractor.)
