Workplace Options: At WPO, you will be joining a team that is committed to improving employee wellbeing around the world.Workplace Options have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Analyst to join our pricing team in Montevideo, Uruguay.WPO’s Pricing Department centralizes all pricing related processes and works collaboratively with other departments to deliver flexible client pricing options. The Pricing team analyzes a wealth of data to respond to new global opportunities while striving to preserve healthy profit margins on new business. Additionally, the Pricing team documents cost and utilization assumptions, matching to real world revenue and expense outcomes.ThePricing Analystsupports and responds to requests for pricing from internal stakeholders, as well as documenting and reporting on pricing assumptions. In addition, the Pricing Analyst tracks client quote statuses and documents contracted pricing terms. The position requires the ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills to solve business problems and further develop WPO’s pricing capabilities. Lastly, the Pricing Analyst ensures all pricing tools support WPO’s operational and financial goals.Responsibilities:Deliver pricing with documented assumptions and flexible alternatives to internal stakeholders’ requested client pricing.Maintain and update pricing quotes and assumptions databases with matching outcomes.Review Client contracts.Support and respond to “pricing desk” one-off or custom pricing requests.Coordinate with internal departments to collect and store data and other inputs for pricing models.Maintain tools with accurate data and assumptions.Analyse, process and understand data to ensure accurate assumption and outcome reporting.Developing pricing automation tools to enhance efficiencies in calculating pricing and gathering data.Support stakeholder reporting processes.RequirementsQualifications:High level of written and spoken English communication skills. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business or related area.Minimum 2 to 3 years’ relevant professional experience.Demonstrated superior analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to research data from internal sources, in order to identify patterns and insights.Ability to work with multiple SMEs and internal teams from across the globe.Ability to work independently, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment.Curious and driven to understand and create something new.Effective communicator, verbal and written, with ability to communicate complex concepts simply.Skilled in efficient use of Excel, including formulas and formattingWPO4321
