About the Team & Business Line : For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle. Working with our Global Subsidiary Governance Services (GSGS) team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

About You :

  • You have a bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years’ experience as a corporate and financial service provider in the areas of private, corporate clients and multinational clients.
  • You have experience and affinity for sales and business development activities.
  • You can communicate effectively - and have negotiation, presentation capabilities
  • Professional proficiency in English language is required - Portuguese is a plus.
  • You are able to work in a team environment.
  • You are able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • You have a record of taking initiatives and having commitment capabilities.
  • You are able to escalate when appropriate.
  • You have experience building and maintaining relationships at all levels
  • Record of accomplishment of experience in a relevant role
  • Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) and other software packages as appropriate
  • You are able to travel on a monthly basis as needed.

In Your Role, You will :

  • Assist and undertake initiatives in cooperation with local MD and senior leadership for product development and sales activities and engage into contact with new and existing clients and feeders.
  • Build, maintain and measure success of the feeder network across all LOB’s in the Americas region.
  • Assist to develop high lead informative and promotion materials for the business in cooperation with senior leadership and Marketing & Communications Group.
  • Engage in contacts and (video) conference calls with new potential clients and feeders with a proactive approach focusing on wealth planning and ongoing intergenerational wealth transfer for private clients.
  • Assist to manage regional and local level implementation projects into business-as-usual transition
  • Work with Marketing & Communications Group to assist Citco brand building initiatives via industry events and conferences, Citco hosted & co-hosted events.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of a periodical Business Development and Sales Plan for the Americas region
  • Maintain your leads and prospects and update the BD & Sales pipeline, and targeting strategic opportunities
  • Increase Citco’s brand awareness by working alongside Citco’s PR agents.
  • Coordinate the completion of RFP’s and new business proposals to management.
  • Assist to create, maintain, and promote product-related branding and marketing pitch materials.
  • Assist & measure your contributions to the BD & Sales function with focus on sales activity, revenue forecasting, profitability etc.
  • Identify and report to local MD and senior leadership any risks associated with the BD & Sales process & cycle
  • Maintain effective lines of communication with MD and senior management and report, escalate concerns.
