Responsibilities :

  • Research, collect, manage lead generation process
  • Identify lead sources and lead extraction strategies
  • Conduct customer research and contact prospects to qualify leads
  • Follow-up on leads and setup appointments with the sales team
  • Collaboratively work with the sales, and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process
  • Manage all account information in CRM database accurately

Required Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Direct work experience in a sales and lead generation process
  • Experience with research and maintaining databases
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective listening and understanding of customer expectations
  • Ability to work remotely, reaching international customers base
  • Highly efficient Excel and Microsoft office skills
  • Sound knowledge of online research techniques
  • A keen eye for details
  • An analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
