As the Junior   Research Analyst for the Merge & Acquisition team, you'll play a pivotal role in bolstering the M&A activities and gain invaluable experience during your tenure with the team. The role demands meticulous planning, coordination, and frequent internal communication with our Latam Team. Your main tasks will be: Primary Focus (>80%) Screen potential acquisition targets using our criteria. Identify carve-out opportunities within large multinational firms. Maintain data quality in our CRM for tracking KPIs and dashboards. Study new sectors and regions to aid our growth. Categorize software M&A advisors, from global to boutique agencies.
